We recommend using our size guide with helpful tips on measuring and sizing to get choose the right fit. Remember not all brands fit the same.

You design we make to order.

We will always endeavour to get your dress to you within 10 working days. If there are any delays from our end or our shipping partner DHL we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Custom orders will have a lead time of 12-14 weeks depending on the fabric choice and customs delivery. Please get in touch using our contact us form if you have an urgent order of a custom fabric as we keep very small quantities in stock!

Returns and alterations

All our pieces are made to order so we cannot offer refunds. But we do offer our alterations and repair service where we cover 50% of all fees, read more here.

We have a number of videos and images for you to see your dress design before you try, and you can always order a swatch from us.

If you have any issues with your dress once you receive it please get in touch via our contact us form we are always here to help.

Choose your own shade and set a unique vibe by custom ordering a colour from our colour library.

Select a colour and we will send you a swatch to check out. Once you decide your perfect shade you can then design your dress and select custom colour, where you will need to enter your colour name on your swatch!

Care instructions specific to each fabric type will be provided with the finished dress.

All of our fabrics can be washed delicately on low temperatures and cannot be tumble dried.

We recommend you wash with similar colours or separately.

Always steam or iron on low heat for best results.

Do not bleach.
