At Altera, we adore crafting dresses that are meticulously made-to-order for you. Our aim is to provide a seamless experience from creation to delivery. However, we understand there might be instances where the fit might not meet your expectations.

Product Defects:
We adhere to high-quality standards, yet in the rare occurrence of a product defect, we are here to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of your dress, providing detailed images of the defect. We will investigate the matter swiftly and reach out with a suitable solution like a delivery of a new dress or refund.

Alterations with SOJO:
We've partnered with SOJO and cover 50% of all alterations and repairs costs. If your dress requires slight tweaking for that perfect fit, like taking in or taking up the hem, SOJO's skilled alterations team is here to help. They will work closely with you to make the necessary adjustments, ensuring your dress fits impeccably. Read ore about out alterations process here.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
As we are a sustainable and made-to-order service we do not keep inventory to reduce waste. Our SOJO partnership is here to provide those perfect fit tweaks.

If you wish to return your design, it must be in unworn, in original condition with tags and labels still attached. Please contact us WITHIN 14 days shop@altera.london or login to our customer portal to process self-service returns.
