You design, we make to order.

We will always endeavour to get your dress to you within 10-13 working days. If there are any delays from our end or our shipping partner DHL we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

All our pieces are made to order so we cannot offer refunds. But we do offer our alterations and repair service where we cover 50% of all fees, read more here.

We have a number of videos and images for you to see your dress design before you try, and you can always order a swatch from us.

Set a unique vibe by ordering a beautiful custom colour from our colour library.

Select from our colour library here and we will send you a swatch to check out. Once you decide your perfect shade, design your dress and select the custom colour from the dropdown.

We keep a limited amount of custom colour stock so please check with us on the lead time using our contact us form. It can be 10 working days but also up to 12-14 weeks depending on the fabric choice and customs delivery.

Care instructions specific to each fabric type will be provided with the finished dress.

All of our fabrics can be washed delicately on low temperatures and cannot be tumble dried.

We recommend you wash with similar colours or separately.

Always steam or iron on low heat for best results.

Do not bleach.
